Anita Barone

Barone made an appearance in the fourth season Seinfeld Episode The Shoes as Gail Cunningham the chef that wanted Elaine Benes shoes. Barone was part of the group for the television show Carol & Company in early 1990s, alongside the actress Carol Burnett. Barone was also Carol Willick Ross Geller's ex-wife on her first appearance on Friends. Jane Sibbett was her replacement as Barone left Friends in order for a job that required more time. Barone appeared on The Jeff Foxworthy Show in the first season (from 1995 until 1996) Then she appeared on The War at Home between 2005 between 2005 and 2007. Barone was also a part of Daddio, a sitcom that premiered in 2000. Other television credits for Barone include Desperate Housewives Curb Your Enthusiasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline in the City Party of Five and The Larry Sanders Show. Barone was awarded the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award in 2005 for her performance as One Last Ride. Barone's recurring role on Shake It Up Disney Channel show Shake It Up started in 2010 three years after The War at Home finished its run. She was played by Officer Georgia Jones, the mother of Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones as the ex-husband of the character Barone played for two seasons.
